Dante takes Lulu out, Michael and Jax both move back home, Elizabeth lashes out at Nikolas and sleeps with Lucky.
Sonny walks into his house and finds Carly on the couch. She tells him she wants Michael to come home with her, but Sonny doesn’t think it’s a good idea. They debate Michael’s state of mind and guilt over Claudia. Carly doesn’t want Michael to end up in Sonny’s business and Sonny agrees, but he thinks he can help Michael if he stays with him. Sonny tells her about his and Jax’s argument the night Claudia grabbed her and insists Jax can’t take away his connection to his boys. Carly knows that, but she wants to break the cycle of violence for the boys. Sonny thinks she should go home to her daughter and he will get Michael through this.
An embarrassed Alexis nervously tries to make her exit after walking in on Sam and Jason in the office at the restaurant, but ends up locked in. As Sam tries to unlock the door, Alexis assures her daughter she’s not judging her. Sam gets the door open, despite Jason repeatedly telling them there’s another door. An uncomfortable Alexis leaves and Sam wonders why they can’t admit they’re in a relationship. Jason tells her he wants to be with her, he just doesn’t want to assume anything or expect more than she can give him. She doesn't want to talk about the past and Jason agrees. He leans in for a kiss, but gets a call from Carly who wants him to get through to Sonny. Sam understands Carly needs him and kisses him before he leaves.
Jason arrives at Sonny's house and says he is afraid for Michael, but Sonny thinks he can help him come to terms with what’s happened. Jason says it will only show Michael how much more he wants to be like him, as Michael listens from the stairs. Sonny won’t allow his son in his business, but he needs to put what happened behind him. Sonny knows what Michael is going through and will help him through this. Jason thinks Michael has better options at Carly’s and since Michael respects and listens to him, Sonny should be the one to tell him to leave. Jason says a good father puts their kids first and he knows he’s a good father.
Jax comes home to see his daughter and argues with Carly. Jax admits he was wrong, apologizes and wants to get back to where they were before. No matter what happens, he’s on her side, loves her and wants to spend the rest of his life with her. Carly says he can stay but he has to sleep in the guestroom. Jax will take it and thinks they can build on it. Sonny calls Carly and tells her she can pick up Michael. After Carly leaves, Jax holds Josslyn and tells her Dante is going to put Sonny behind bars which will be better for everyone.
At his house, Sonny tells Michael he wants him to stay at Carly’s as Carly and Jason stand nearby. Michael will live where he tells him to for now, but once he’s old enough he will be able to make his own choices and there is nothing they can do to stop him. Carly and Michael leave and Sonny tells Jason Michael sounds just like he did.
After Ronnie leaves Dante’s room, Lulu assumes he had evidence against Sonny and won’t stand by and watch Dante build a case against him. He reminds her this is not a game and he will be killed if Sonny finds out. Lulu isn’t so sure about that and knows Sonny wouldn’t hurt Olivia. Lulu tells him all of the good things Sonny has done, but Dante points out the money used came from evil doings. Lulu doesn't think Sonny deserves what he’s doing to him. Dante says if that’s the way she’s going to play it, his life expectancy just got shorter and there is one thing he’d like to do with her before he dies.
Dante brings Lulu to the restaurant where Sonny’s office is so they can enjoy some of the best Italian food in the city. He tells her about all the good cooks in his family and about playing stickball as a kid, but she doesn’t know if she can trust anything that comes out of his mouth considering all the lying he’s doing to Sonny and his kids. Lulu then tells him about some of her childhood memories and when she brings up Sonny again, he just pours her some wine and suggests she try a cannoli.
As Elizabeth fumes, Nikolas and Rebecca join her and Lucky for dinner at the restaurant. Lucky tells his brother it was supposed to be an intimate dinner for two and Rebecca sees Elizabeth’s ring. Nikolas thinks it’s a celebration, but Lucky says it’s not his celebration. Lucky asks Elizabeth if she wants them to stay and she says they can so they can see how happy they are and how much they love each other. Despite his audience, Lucky professes his love to Elizabeth and tells her he’s honored to have her wear his ring and spend the rest of her life with him. He puts the ring on her finger and Elizabeth returns his sentiments. Nikolas toasts to Elizabeth and Lucky and wishes them happiness together.
After dinner, Elizabeth and Nikolas meet up at her loft where she lays into him for ruining her night with Lucky. He tries to defend himself and accuses her of not returning Lucky's feelings, but she retorts, "Don’t you dare tell me how I feel about Lucky." Nikolas wonders where he fits in and she tells him having sex with him is the most self-destructive thing she has done and she berates herself for pushing Lucky away. Nikolas tells her they can’t deny what they are feeling and begs her to admit what is happening between them. She yells at him to get out and he apologizes for tonight and promises not to chase her anymore, but if she wants him, she knows where he is.
As Elizabeth thinks about the past with Lucky, he comes to her loft with flowers. He’s worried about her and asks what she was going to tell him before Nikolas and Rebecca showed up. She tells him she’s sorry it’s taken her so long to realize they do belong together and kisses him, which leads to them eventually lying naked on the couch together.
Nikolas goes home where Rebecca is waiting for him. She asks if Elizabeth seemed a little off because she wasn’t as happy as she expected her to be. Nikolas cuts her off with a kiss saying he doesn’t want to talk about them anymore, he just wants to be with her and they start to get passionate.
